Bokashi has a sour pickle smell when you open it but nothing in between. Drain the liquid every couple of days.

Check you are not over-watering. Every morning can be too much if the bed drains slowly.

Upward curl without spots is usually heat or wind stress. If the new growth looks normal I would not worry.
