These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this site ("we", "us"), which runs Voxit. By creating an account or using Voxit you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Voxit.
Who can use Voxit
You must be at least 18 years old. You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your password safe, and use only one account unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and distribute it on Voxit (including in our apps and in search results) so the service can work. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already quoted in their own posts and backups kept for a limited time.
You are responsible for your content. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
Content rules
You must follow our Content Rules and the rules of each community you take part in. Community moderators may remove content or ban members from their community. We may remove content, suspend or delete accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities.
Your real name
Posting under your real name is optional (some communities require it). Real names are self-declared and not checked by us. Don't use someone else's name.
AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence, for example thread summaries requested by moderators. AI output is always labelled, may be wrong, and is not advice. AI never posts, removes content, or bans or suspends anyone; people make those decisions.
No professional advice
Content on Voxit comes from members. It is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise), even when someone says they are an expert. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.
Reporting and complaints
You can report posts and comments from the "⋯" menu. For other concerns, or to reach our grievance officer, use the Help page. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Requests to remove intimate images shared without consent are handled within 24 hours.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Apps
If you use our mobile app, these terms also apply. The app store is not responsible for Voxit or its content, and you must also follow the app store's terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Voxit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by members. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
