Content Rules

Voxit is for real conversations between real people. "Unfiltered" is a tone, not "no rules". These rules apply everywhere on Voxit; communities can add their own.

Never allowed

• Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors. We remove it, ban the account and report it to the authorities.
• Threats and violence: threatening, encouraging or glorifying violence against people or groups.
• Intimate images shared without consent, including fake or edited ones. Removed within 24 hours of a report.
• Illegal content and activity, such as selling illegal goods or services.
• Doxxing: sharing someone's private information (address, phone, ID documents, private photos) without consent.

Not allowed

• Harassment and bullying: targeting someone with abuse, insults or unwanted contact, including after they block you.
• Hate: attacking people for race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or illness.
• Spam: repeated posts, misleading links, undisclosed self-promotion or fake engagement.
• Impersonation: pretending to be another person, an organisation, a moderator or our staff.
• Fake people: every account must be a real person. Automated or AI accounts must be clearly labelled and approved by us.
• Self-harm promotion: encouraging suicide or self-harm. Talking about your own experience and seeking support is welcome.

Be a good member

• Disagree with ideas, not people.
• Stay on topic and follow each community's rules.
• Say when you have a conflict of interest.
• Don't present opinions as professional advice.

What happens when rules are broken

Moderators may remove content and ban members from their community. We may remove content anywhere, suspend or delete accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities. Report anything that breaks these rules from the "⋯" menu. If you think we got a decision wrong, contact us through Help.
